Healthy Food

For a healthy body, food habits should be good. In that food, five major components should be present. They are carbohydrates, fats, protein, vitamin, minerals and water. According to our job hardness we have to choose our food format. Suppose, if we are working in a software line, we should reduce the carbohydrate amount in our food. If the job is physically hard we should increase the amount of carbohydrate in our food. So according to our age and job hardness we have to categorize the food format. The primary energy giving component in our human body is carbohydrate. Fats are the energy storing component. When the carbohydrates amount in our body is equal to zero at that time our body will get the energy from the fats. Proteins are used to improve our body. Vitamins and the minerals are very important components to protect our body from the environmental conditions and the diseases. Without water we can’t live. Water is used to reduce the excess heat of our body. Water helps us to get the energy from the essential components. It also plays a major role in the growth of our body. Food consuming at right time is very important. If we didn’t eat at right time it will create a lot of problems.
