Vitamin E

Vitamin E is a fat soluble vitamin and it acts as an antioxidant and it helps to defend the body tissue from damages caused by free radicals. Free radicals are the unstable substances and it is very harmful to body cells and tissues and these harmful effects can be prevented by taking Vitamin-E. More over it is most essential Vitamin and it helps in the production of Red Blood Cells (RBC). At lower levels, it is proved that this vitamin helps to prevent the heart diseases. Vitamin E is available more in Wheat, corns, seeds and nuts, Olives, Spinach, and Asparagus and also in vegetable oils such as corn oils, sunflower oil, and cottonseed oils and also in soybean oil. Excessive intake of Vitamin E is not good for health and so it should be taken with the limit. Peyronie is a kind of disease and it can be avoided by taking correct amount of Vitamin E in your diet. There are certain limits available for taking Vitamin E and it varies for infants and adults.
