Cleanliness – A Very Good Habit

Good Health is not only achieved by good food practice also you need to maintain clean environment. Before going to eat we should wash our hands cleanly. There are a lot of diseases caused due to this casual mistake. We think that is not a major thing and we won’t wash our hands frequently. We should wash our hands before as well as after eating. We should also keep the plates and other vessels clean. Cleaning the hands and cooking vessels is a good practice. If we don’t clean our hands the dirt in our hand enters our stomach and causes a lot of trouble. While preparing the food we should clean the vegetable before cutting rather than washing after cutting. Washing the vegetables after cutting, the vitamins and other things will be lost. The food prepared after that won’t have any type of energy components. Cleaning our mouth regularly before and after eating avoids our mouth from bad smells. Brushing our teeth regularly is a good practice. It is not necessary that we have to brush three times, four times a day. Remember, brushing in the night is more important than brushing in the morning. This is because the whole thing that we ate will stay in the mouth. Before sleeping if we don’t brush our teeth our teeth get damaged.
