Vitamin E is a fat soluble vitamin and it acts as an antioxidant and it helps to defend the body tissue from damages caused by free radicals. Free radicals are the unstable substances and it is very harmful to body cells and tissues and these harmful effects can be prevented by taking Vitamin-E. More over it is most essential Vitamin and it helps in the production of Red Blood Cells (RBC). At lower levels, it is proved that this vitamin helps to prevent the heart diseases. Vitamin E is available more in Wheat, corns, seeds and nuts, Olives, Spinach, and Asparagus and also in vegetable oils such as corn oils, sunflower oil, and cottonseed oils and also in soybean oil. Excessive intake of Vitamin E is not good for health and so it should be taken with the limit. Peyronie is a kind of disease and it can be avoided by taking correct amount of Vitamin E in your diet. There are certain limits available for taking Vitamin E and it varies for infants and adults.

Mental pressure reduces our health a lot than we imagine. Many people are not aware of this. People those who have mental pressures will lose their health. It may cause hair fall which in turn reduces our beauty also. They won’t eat their food properly. Being like this result only in bad body condition. We should take measures to reduce our mind tension. Taking sleeping pills may temporarily make you sleep, but it will have many side effects in the future. You will be able to sleep only on taking a sleeping pill. So, this is not a good way of reducing tension. We should do some mind relaxing exercises. Yoga is good option for this kind of problems. We won’t give much importance to these exercises. But on practising only we will be able to understand it. Also going out on weekends with family members somewhere out of the city also reduces tension and gives you a free atmosphere where you can find peace. Hill stations, waterfalls and theme parks are good choices. This keeps your mind fresh and makes you think good and you will get new ideas regarding your work. Listening to music will also reduce your tension. Hence for reducing tension and to get a Pressure-free life, we should follow these simple exercises.

Exercise is a very efficient way to obtain a fit and healthy body. Everyone can do the exercise according to their ability and body condition. It has no age limit. Everyone does not need to go to heavy workouts. Small exercises and practices are enough to get a healthy body. Due to exercise we are using the stored energy like fats and other things. So we can reduce the fats amount in our body by exercise. Large amount of fats in our body will increase the blood pressure. So we can restrict the blood pressure by doing the exercise. Also it reduces the possibility of heart attack. Physical exercise will increase the activity of every muscle. It boosts our immune system, so we can maintain our positive self-esteem.it is not that only the fat and the ill people should do exercise. A regular exercise daily will keep the body healthier and we get more immune power and stamina. Exercising increases the blood circulation in our body thereby keeping us more active and energetic.

For a healthy body, food habits should be good. In that food, five major components should be present. They are carbohydrates, fats, protein, vitamin, minerals and water. According to our job hardness we have to choose our food format. Suppose, if we are working in a software line, we should reduce the carbohydrate amount in our food. If the job is physically hard we should increase the amount of carbohydrate in our food. So according to our age and job hardness we have to categorize the food format. The primary energy giving component in our human body is carbohydrate. Fats are the energy storing component. When the carbohydrates amount in our body is equal to zero at that time our body will get the energy from the fats. Proteins are used to improve our body. Vitamins and the minerals are very important components to protect our body from the environmental conditions and the diseases. Without water we can’t live. Water is used to reduce the excess heat of our body. Water helps us to get the energy from the essential components. It also plays a major role in the growth of our body. Food consuming at right time is very important. If we didn’t eat at right time it will create a lot of problems.

Health is the major concern for people of all ages. Even though we have many problems or good things around us health is the thing we are more concerned about. Healthy body condition is more than lots of money earned. We have to look after our health since it is bigger than any of our assets. For a healthy body condition our food habits should be good. Having a junk food habit and working like machine will lead to worse body conditions and result in several body ailments. We should also go for a general body checking once in three months. We should also have the habit of doing some regular exercises. Exercise not in the sense a heavy jogging followed by workouts. A simple exercise is enough to keep the body fit and healthy. A walk in the morning for half an hour would do. Other than that we should follow a timely food habit. We should also avoid tension in mind. A simple yoga regularly can keep your mind fresh and free from the tension. Patients who have diabetes or blood pressure should do the above exercise rather than taking sleeping pills to get a long and a healthy life.

Good Health is not only achieved by good food practice also you need to maintain clean environment. Before going to eat we should wash our hands cleanly. There are a lot of diseases caused due to this casual mistake. We think that is not a major thing and we won’t wash our hands frequently. We should wash our hands before as well as after eating. We should also keep the plates and other vessels clean. Cleaning the hands and cooking vessels is a good practice. If we don’t clean our hands the dirt in our hand enters our stomach and causes a lot of trouble. While preparing the food we should clean the vegetable before cutting rather than washing after cutting. Washing the vegetables after cutting, the vitamins and other things will be lost. The food prepared after that won’t have any type of energy components. Cleaning our mouth regularly before and after eating avoids our mouth from bad smells. Brushing our teeth regularly is a good practice. It is not necessary that we have to brush three times, four times a day. Remember, brushing in the night is more important than brushing in the morning. This is because the whole thing that we ate will stay in the mouth. Before sleeping if we don’t brush our teeth our teeth get damaged.

Many people do eating as a job in their busy life. Balanced diet is very important for a healthy body. Having a junk food habit will result in obesity or other bad results. Timely food habit is very essential for our body especially for growing children. Morning food is more important than lunch and dinner. So, one should not miss their morning food. Missing the food in the morning and eating a lot in lunch will not satisfy the hunger. We should eat more in the morning, lesser in lunch and lesser in dinner. Sleeping after lunch is a bad habit which most of the people follow. Also we should spend the energy of the food we eat daily. Instead if we don’t work and keep on eating, it will result once again in obesity. If the body fat content increases, it will result in body ailments like blood pressure and heart attack. Our food habit should be a balanced one. And we should maintain our BMI (Body Mass Index) ratio according to our weight and height. The one way to maintain it is through the balanced diet. Thus the food we eat plays a major role in our health condition.

Backache is the most common ailments to all especially for working people. It is proved that backache is more common in men when compared to women and also it affects more than 80 percent of the people at some point of time during the life time. Backache is more common due to improper posture in chairs, due to lifting of heavy objects and due to aggressive jerk. Wrong posture is the main cause for most types of backache. Most of the working people spend huge amount of their time in sitting on chairs in wrong posture and it leads to severe backache. Slipped disk is another cause for backache. How this problem can be avoided? You can avoid such conditions by maintaining proper posture. Try to use right furniture such as hard beds, chairs of right height and firm mattresses while sleeping or taking rest. If you have backache for long time then you can go for right experts to cure the problem. Swimming and Yoga is the most helpful exercise and if you do these regularly then you will never suffer from backaches. If you are taking huge loads on your backs then give sufficient breaks for a while and it helps to reduce the probability of backaches. Ice and heat are one of the good ways to get rid of backaches.
